The water wasn't hot enough in the mornings. I wanted a hot shower, you know? also, the breakfast tasted already cold at 06.25 in the morning. the shower cabin also had a weird smell. It's not very appealing.

The hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea around the clock. Bus number 10 offered easy transport to the train station. The breakfast included tasty scrambled eggs. I thought it was a good start to the day.

The room lacked a closet, though this was a very slight inconvenience.

The location is great with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. breakfast included many choices, with consistently refilled offerings. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help with directions or recommendations. It was lovely! the room was quiet, awesome for peaceful rest.

The breakfast was good and I liked having coffee and tea available all day on the ground floor

The room I got was one of the worst I've ever seen It was a tiny room for six nights I had no wardrobe or even shelves to put my clothes The toilet lacked a washbasin so I had to go into the room to wash

convenient location, helpful staff, tasty breakfast

ideal location great variety friendly staff

the location near eigerplatz was ideal for our family trip. it made getting around the city simple. the breakfast offered a great variety and quality. the staff was also super friendly and ready to assist with anything i needed.

i had some difficulty finding parking nearby, as the hotel parking was full. i ended up having to search for an alternative solution, that was not ideal at the time.

small room shower smell

the room i got was quite small and lacked storage. there wasn't even a proper wardrobe, just a rack, really. it felt a bit cramped for a longer stay, and the space usage could be improved. the shower had this weird smell. yikes.
